St. John's Lutheran Church exists:
“… to Build up the Body of Christ so that we might know Christ and make Him known.”
During our Service of Holy Baptism, St. John’s members promise to assist parents in encouraging the child, by Word and example, to be conscientious in the use of the Means of Grace, so that he or she may grow in faith, serve God with a Christian life, and remain in his or her baptismal grace until death. Our congregation operates a Lutheran Elementary School to support this mission by teaching the truths of God’s Word to the students so they may know their Savior and make Him known."
Therefore, St. John’s Lutheran School exists:
... to assist all parents in providing Christ-centered education so all families may know Christ, and redeemed children of God may grow in faith, knowledge, and Christian living.
